Background: A committed educator, Lauren has been teaching music in the Triangle since 1998. In addition to teaching private flute lessons, Lauren has taught elementary music and served as a flute clinician in local schools. As a performer, she plays flute with the Raleigh Flute Choir and the Triangle Wind Ensemble and has performed with the Durham Symphony, the Raleigh Symphony, and the Tar River Orchestra. She has earned positions in the National Flute Association Professional Flute Choir and has toured Europe and Asia with the International Flute Orchestra.
